We have been extremely pleased with the solution that WindowTreat installed

We recently had a kitchen extension constructed that included a lot of windows and skylights to give the room a large amount of natural light. The one thing we didn’t consider when designing the extension was that heat and glare would be an issue when the sun is shining. In high summer it really limited the time we could spend there. We were initially quite sceptical about the performance of glass solutions. We were not only concerned about the impact on heat and glare, but also with the overall look of the space.

We really didn’t want dark tinted glass particularly during the longer British winter.

We have been extremely pleased with the solution that WindowTreat installed.

The solar heat rejection has been the biggest success. The glare from the sun has been reduced enough that using the room is now a pleasant experience, even when the sun is at its brightest.
